Help avoid the summer slide Join Miss Pam as we read and discuss Clementine’s Letter by Sarah Pennypacker! The Book club will meet on Mondays July 20 & 27; August 3, 10, and 17 from 3:30-4:00 pm. Participants will be given a copy of the book to keep and will be responsible for reading about 70 pages between each session. Then we’ll meet, have snacks, and discuss what we read!

Participants will be given a copy of the book to keep and will be responsible for reading 32 pages between each session. Then we’ll meet, have snacks, and discuss what we read!

Each session is a journey through themed stations that stimulate children’s senses and curiosity while promoting early literacy, cognitive development and improving social skills. Recommended for ages 1-5.

Future engineers are invited to take part in an engineering workshop with KerryAnn O’Connor of the Learning Exchange. Participants are presented with a problem, then guided through the engineering design process to create and build a prototype to test!

Join local author Diane Belinfanti for a special reading of her children’s picture book Counting on Friends. This interactive and fun picture book introduces young readers to Frog, who discovers that good friends make good company. In addition to reinforcing the concept of friendship, Counting on Friends teaches math skills as young readers count forwards and back throughout the story. A craft activity will conclude our program
